These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed with GalaxyPatches. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following:
GalaxyPatches offers worldwide shipping through reputable courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to customs processing, courier service disruptions, or remote delivery locations.
GalaxyPatches is not responsible for any delay once the order has been handed over to the courier.
Customers are advised to provide accurate shipping addresses and contact information. GalaxyPatches is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Customers are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, local taxes, import permits, or EORI registration (for Europe) required by their country.
GalaxyPatches does not cover any international tax or fee. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs.
In such cases, no refund will be issued for unclaimed or rejected shipments.
All pricing is based on the final artwork, size, patch type (embroidery, PVC, woven, printed, etc.), backing option (Velcro, iron-on, sew-on, etc.), and quantity.
Prices are subject to change based on design complexity and material availability. Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
GalaxyPatches reserves the right to revise quotes at any stage if there are changes to the design or order details.
All custom orders require digital artwork approval before production begins.
We offer unlimited revisions during the design stage to ensure you are satisfied.
Once the final design is approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Production will begin only after final approval and full or partial payment, as agreed.
Standard production time is usually 7–12 business days after final approval, but this may vary based on order size, patch type, or production queue.
Rush orders may be available upon request with an additional fee.
Orders must be fully paid before production or shipping unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or other approved methods.
In case of partial payment agreements, the remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
All items are custom-made, and therefore, non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If a defect or mistake is found, you must report it within 5 days of receiving your order with clear photos or videos.
If confirmed, we will offer free replacements or partial refunds based on the issue.
We try to match thread and material colors as closely as possible to your provided references or Pantone codes.
Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings, thread limitations, or dye batch changes, and are considered normal in custom production.
Customers are fully responsible for the legal ownership of the designs submitted.
By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce the designs and that you are not infringing on any third-party rights.
GalaxyPatches will not be held liable for any copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided artwork.
GalaxyPatches reserves the right to use photos of completed patches for marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes unless the customer explicitly requests confidentiality in writing at the time of ordering.
GalaxyPatches is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from delay, damage, or misuse of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
GalaxyPatches reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our official platforms.
